Since its inception, Sinar Teknik, or STUH in short, has established its role as an asset and facility management entity providing quality service and commitment to asset stakeholders and clients.
With more than 23 years of experience in the feld of facility management, Sinar Teknik has gained recognition as one of the leading facility management service providers in Malaysia and has its expertise certifed to ISO standards. Sinar Teknik provides customized and innovative solutions to its clients. Its principal activity is supplying Asset and Facility Management (AFM) services which encompass mechanical and electrical services, civil works, as well as related non-technical services such as cleaning, landscaping and ground maintenance, waste management services and pest control services.
Our service portfolio includes government buildings and hospitals, commercial buildings, industrial buildings, learning institutions and colleges.
